Jonathan has worked on large-scale developments and transactions in both South Florida and the greater NYC area. He graduated with a double major in accounting and business from Yeshiva University in Manhattan.

Jonathan Sultan is a real estate investment and capital markets specialist with experience in underwriting and structuring deals for multifamily and condominium developments. He has worked on over $3 billion in transactions at firms like Royal Palm Companies and Berkadia. Jonathan graduated cum laude with a finance degree from Florida International University.
